With your expertise in massage therapy, you’re tasked with providing personalized treatments designed to help clients achieve and maintain optimal health and wellness.

Recharge Physiotherapy recently expanded with a new clinic in Bradford. We’re on a mission to redefine body care, offering a distinct experience and standard of excellence in physical wellness.

Our practice is grounded in a holistic, one-on-one treatment approach, focusing on individual needs. Our team uses their specialized skills not just for treatment but also for educating clients on maintaining their health and preventing future injuries.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding massage therapy to each client, reflecting the core values of Recharge Physiotherapy.
  • Use your detailed knowledge to create customized treatment plans that help clients stay active and pain-free.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ symptoms, health history, and goals.
  • Craft and communicate individualized treatment strategies.
  • Keep precise records of client conditions and progress according to charting standards. 
  • Use technology to improve client engagement and outcomes.
  • Follow clinic protocols and procedures to ensure quality and consistency of care.
  • Build your client base through strong relationships with local referral sources.
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development, taking advantage of both internal and external opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with the physiotherapy team to identify and address your professional development needs.

What we’re looking for:

  • Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
  • Carry current professional liability insurance.
  • Open to feedback, adjusting care and performance based on client needs.
  • Focused on clients, including making referrals and following up as needed.
  • Eager for personal and professional growth, actively seeking out learning and mentorship opportunities.
  • A team player dedicated to contributing to the clinic’s growth and positive culture.
  • Participate in clinic events, mentor students, and support your colleagues.
  • Goal-oriented, with active participation in setting and achieving targets.
  • Collaborate with the Front of House team to ensure smooth client experiences.
  • Strong communicators who value engaging and positive interactions with clients.
